Managing Principal / Senior Scheduler

Alberto Martinez is the Managing Principal and Senior Scheduler at Topping Out, a company he founded in 2012.

With over a decade of experience as a Project Controls Consultant, he has honed his expertise in construction management, particularly in the areas of construction claim mitigation, administration, and scheduling.

Mr. Martinez is well-versed in all major aspects of a construction project, from initial planning through program-wide objectives. He excels in developing and reviewing baseline schedules, offering valuable recommendations to clients to minimize risk and ensure project success. Known for his proactive approach, he continuously monitors schedules, budgets, plans, and legal requirements to keep projects on track.

Mr. Martinez holds an MBA from the University of La Verne, further enhancing his leadership in the industry.

Cesar A. Garcia joined Topping Out in 2024 as the Business Development Manager, bringing a strong background in hospitality and business development, particularly within the restaurant industry.

Currently studying psychology at Azusa Pacific University in Glendora, CA, he combines his academic insights with his professional experience to foster meaningful relationships and strategic growth for the company.

As a former restaurant manager, Cesar developed excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, which he now applies to his role in business development. His passion for networking and giving back to the community is reflected in his active involvement as a public servant in Duarte, CA.

Aaron Enriquez

Construction Scheduler / Project Engineer

For the last 5 years, Mr. Enriquez has been a construction engineer professional skilled in the field of construction management, with a strong emphasis in estimating, project management, construction document control and scheduling. He is experienced in several areas including plan reading, project cost control, site logistics, purchasing and procurement, subcontractor and supplier management, and project scheduling. He is a dedicated individual interested in developing his career in the field of project controls and construction management. His experience has allowed him the opportunity to work on projects of various scale and complexity such as 7.5K Assembly Line Production Line Expansion and New Cybertruck Production Line for Tesla’s Gigafactory in Austin, Texas.

Joshua Salvador

Project Controls Consultant

Joshua Salvador is a Project Controls Consultant with over 4 years of experience in the Construction industry. He holds a B.A. in General Biology from San Francisco State University (2020) and is proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

He has managed schedules for major infrastructure projects. Notably, he is working on the $28M Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant Tank Replacement Project, overseeing scheduling for tank replacements. The project enhances operational flexibility and ensures compliance with future regulations.

Joshua excels in schedule management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and progress tracking to keep projects on time and within scope.
